We want you to look amazing when wearing our Corsets. If for some reason, you are not completely happy, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of the purchase date, excluding final sale items and Bespoke items.
How to Return
The only condition is, Item must be in new, unaltered, undamaged and unused condition. We expect the item to reach us as it left our warehouse. Send in original packaging, with tags if possible. Do not worry if you lost the packaging or tags, we will be happy to honour the return.
To return the order, please place the return item in the poly envelope that was sent with your order and ship to below mention address

You can ship the package to us with any tracked courier service. Share the tracking number with us in order for the return to be processed on time. Return shipping cost is customers responsibility.
PACK & SHIP
Place the return item in the poly envelope that was sent with your order.
Once your return item is received, it takes approximately 4-7 business days to quality check and restock the items. Once return is restocked, we will send you an email notification that the refund has been issued. Original Shipping is non-refundable. In case complete order is returned comprising of 3 pcs or more, a restocking fee of 50% per item will be charged and if less then 3 items, a flat fee of $15 per item will be charged for restocking.
Return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the style or size you want in exchange. Due to high volume of orders, we don't always have every size available but we will gladly check our stock or find a similar style in your size. Contact us through form below or Chat with our support team for further help.
We need your help to return the items purchased in an un-used, not washed, stain-free condition, not damaged or faulty. We’ll take care of the refund if you take care of the items purchased. We will either dispose or donate the item/s which are not restockable. We cannot return them back.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO ORDER
All the orders are processed through the automated system, cancellation would not be possible once the order is placed. You can always get in touch with customer support (Monday to Friday), if it is feasible to cancel or make changes to the order, we will do that but it is not guaranteed. In case you opt for cancellation if the items are manufactured and ready to be shipped, cancellation fee of 40% per item will be charged for the charges levied to manufacture and prepare the order.
All the items are covered under a limited warranty of 30 days for any damages or wear and tear.

Made to Order Items: We ship from our ethically managed factory in India, where our garments are handmade. This helps us reduce middlemen and keep prices reasonable.
TAXES & DUTIES: All shipments to the United States of America after 30th March 2016 and under the value of $800 will be subject to free duties and taxes.
